宗旨
MISSION

為彙聚食物及環境健康領域的專業人士與從業員,開展與澳門食物安全與環境健康相關的科學與學術論證,產業與行業的創新,市場與產品的發展等調研工作,為澳門及海外相關機構的政策制定和實踐探索提供信息支援。

透過舉辦、推廣、支持、參與、宣傳與食物及環境健康等領域活動和資訊,加強政府及業界在整體食物系統上的社會及環境層面的關注及重視,提升澳門食物及環境健康領域從業人員的專業水平,提高澳門企業在環境保護、食物安全、維護公眾健康等所作的貢獻,達至整體的可持續發展。

The Society of Food & Environmental Health (SFEH) brings together all professionals from the food and environmental health industries, explores industrial and academia collaboration that promote innovation practices and product developments, serving as a supportive role to enhance communication and collaboration on the implementation and development of policies and regulatory requirements.  Strengthen the stakeholders engagement in the overall food system and raise the awareness of the relevant impacts on environmental and social aspects through publication, collaboration, event participation activities.  

 

The SFEH pledges to promote food safety and environmental awareness to the public, improve the international standing of the industrial profession in Macau, and to contribute to improvements in sustainable development in Macau and the local region.

專業背景
OUR BACKGROUND

SFEH的理監事團隊由從事航空餐飲、跨國食品生產商、國際品牌酒店、綜合度假村和相關政府機構等行業代表組成。他們均為食品、餐飲和旅遊業方面的食品科學技術或高級行政管理等領域的專業人仕。我們對食品安全管理系統建立具有豐富的實踐心得、從標準操作程序編寫、人員培訓、內部審核、食品檢測、危害分析、系統實施與維系、產品追溯性到國際標準認證等各層面均具有實戰經驗。在過去的十年,SFEH的理監事成員透過參與研討會、培訓、網絡研討會、業界交流、社區專題講座、企業文化建立等活動,默默地推動本地食品安全發展。並定期在不同的國際平台以演講者的身份參與並分享有關食品安全和食物可持續發展的議題。

SFEH為業界、政府和社區發揮獨特的促進食品安全及可持續發展領域的伙伴合作關係和行業專業發展,以共同邁向更美好的食品發展未來和環境健康為目標。

SFEH Executives Members include food safety professionals and executive managements from various facet of the food and tourism industry: airline catering, international branded hotels, integrated resorts and government authorities.  We are the only local association with solid experiences of the food safety management system in all aspects from documentation, system creation, training, audits, food testing, hazard analysis, implementation, traceability, to international standard certification.  For the past decade, SFEH executives have contributed to the local food safety developments and drive sustainability awareness through seminars, education, webinars, corporate culture building, and participate as speakers in different global platforms on food safety and sustainability topics.

 

Our association’s strength lies in the the diversify peer connections, friendship and openness to change with common goals for a better food future and planet health.
